The organizers shall not be held liable for any accidents, incidents, or unforeseen circumstances that may arise. Host, participating in the event is solely responsible for their own safety, security and their belonging and ensure safety measures of the participants.
The host waive any and all claims of liability against the organizers, and agree to hold them harmless from any and all legal responsibility. Participation and attendance at this event constitute acceptance of this disclaimer.

Definition
- The "World Cow Day" - A global event for highlighting the significance of cows and their immense contribution towards sustainable development.
- Host - Any Sanctuary, Rescue Centre, Cruelty-free Dairy Farm, Farm Community, or any other organization or centre or individuals working towards sustainable development and highlighting the significance of cows.
- Organizers - Organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and affiliated entities of the "World Cow Day"
- Participants - The attendees acknowledged to attend the event of the "World Cow Day"
- Participations – The voluntarily participation of the attendees in the event of the "World Cow Day"
- Activities - Activities done by the participants at the premise of the host viz. Sanctuary visit, Cow cuddling, Cow feeding, Cow Talk, Cow community service, Games, educational tours for school and college students, corporate team building activities etc.
- Ethical conduct declaration - Agreeing to ethical conduct code by the "World Cow Day"
- Eligibility criteria for hosting - Eligibility criteria for hosting the event as outlined by the organizers.
